It's been almost a year since we photographed these sweet twins so we were thrilled to capture them now that they are walking! We had a fantastic afternoon with them, they are both so full of personality and a joy to document. Here are a few of our favorites, enjoy!

Alex & Alyvia {Los Angeles Twin Baby Photographer}
We photographed little Alex and Alyvia last week at their home in Palos Verdes with their parents and grandparents and I'm still amazed at how perfect they were! Holy cuteness... these two were both total dream babies. Alex was the KING of the open mouth smiles and little Alyvia lit up every time dad kissed her. It was so hard to pick just a few images from there session, they were all so fantastic! Here are just a few of my favorites :)
Little Miss Ellie! {Palos Verdes Estates Baby Photographer}
I was SO excited to finally meet and photograph little Ellie last weekend! I photographed her parents last year when they were expecting so was I thrilled to be able to go back and finally meet the little lady :) I was immediately struck by how much she looks like her mom, especially when she smiles! She was a total doll from beginning to end which made it difficult for me to put the camera down and leave... I could have hung out with her all day :) Here are just a few of my favorite images from Ellie's session, can't wait to show you guys the rest!

The Birth of Baby Z {Palos Verdes Estates Birth Photographer}
This birth was absolutely amazing. AMAZING. I'm always excited to document a home birth (there is nothing like a woman giving birth naturally to really make you feel empowered) but this one was an experience I will never forget. It was by far the highest attendance I've ever seen at a birth, I believe I counted 19, which made for a really great birth team and quite the celebration! Baby Z's momma but it best... "It was truly a "birthday party," a special way to celebrate our last baby's birth. I feel like the modern city girl who got to travel back in time & to a place that was like a sacred circle, like giving birth in a hut with my tribe around me."
I was also excited to finally get to work with Jodie Myers, a local birth video artist who I've always admired. The amazing mid-wife was Sue Wolcott of Home Water Birth.

Mollie, Sarah & Katie {Palos Verdes Family Photography}
I've had the good fortune to have been capturing this family for quite a while now and they have become so dear - I have gotten to know these amazing girls and watch them grow into the most incredible little individuals with the most fun and fascinating personalities to capture in images; the most stunning smiles, the biggest hearts... I adore them. And their parents are the kindest people and so much fun, we laugh a lot and it is just lovely, I feel lucky whenever I get to see them all and enjoy their company and just hang out while capturing them just being them - and they are so darn BEAUTIFUL! We got really lucky and got such a gorgeous day with incredible light! Thanks guys, fantastic as per usual! ;)
